Discord Bot Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By installing, authorizing, or interacting with the Baltic Tiers bot, you agree to these terms and Discord's applicable terms and policies. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
2. Bot functions
The bot supports community operations including:
- Minecraft account linking and tier/ranking lookups;
- Testing queues, private testing threads, tier submissions, and evaluations;
- Ticket creation and management;
- Discord role synchronization and staff permissions;
- Moderation, restrictions, punishment records, and link-safety enforcement.
3. Authorized use
Commands may only be used for their intended Baltic Tiers purpose and only where the user has the required Discord role or channel access. You may not exploit the bot, submit false information, impersonate others, manipulate rankings, evade restrictions, disrupt service, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Bot actions and content
When authorized, the bot may create or delete channels and threads, assign or remove roles, timeout or restrict members, and publish testing or punishment records. Staff decisions and test results may be corrected, reviewed, or revoked when necessary.
5. Availability and enforcement
The bot is provided free of charge, “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited or removed for abuse, security, policy, or operational reasons. Features may change as the community develops.
6. Privacy and third-party terms
Bot data handling is described in the Bot Privacy Policy. Use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Terms.
7. Contact
For questions, disputes, or access requests, contact a Baltic Tiers Owner or Administrator through the Baltic Tiers Discord server.
Baltic Tiers is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Discord Inc.
